The development of modern agriculture has brought about wealth and civilization. At the same time, however, the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides have also polluted our natural environment, endangered people's health, and made food safety an increasing topic of concern. Our company's farms are located in areas far from residential areas, in areas where there is plentiful clean water, rich loose soils with excellent water retention, and excellent air flow. Currently, we have 26 certified organic farms, with an area of 15000 acres, all of which have passed OCIA and JONA certifications. In addition, we also have 8 organic rotation plots with an area of 5000 acres.
Our company has a team of well educated technical staff from agricultural academies, with years of experience managing and operating organic farms. They have a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge, which they use to provide farmers with technical guidance and training on organic farming standards during the course of planting. The company has also invited senior experts from overseas to give the company employees training and provide opportunities for exchange. This raises the talent level of the general staff, and set the foundation for developing talent in the area of organic crop management.
Nursery Management
Based on the standards of organic farming, the company has conducted nursery management and training at the farms, coaching the farmers on nursery technique, how to control the growth of pests using physical, mechanical, and organic means, as well as keeping strict records of crop growth and management.
Coaching the Farmers
Because organic vegetable planting requires high technical capabilities and requires strict management, the company has invited Shandong Agricultural University's soil and compost expert to be the company's consultant and to speak to the farmers on topic of planting techniques, knowledge of organic farming, and planting standards. This has helped us solve many of the concerns during planning, and has enriched the farmers' planting experience.
Quality and Safety
The company has always put the quality and safety of organic vegetables as its first priority. It has strengthened its management of organic farming and organic vegetable production, ensuring its production process follows the "Organic Vegetable Planting Technique Standards", an internally developed manual. At the same time, the company has installed quality tracking at each step of production from organic vegetable planting to shipment of finished products; further ensuring the product safety and quality, and guaranteeing that we provide our customers with products that are 100% compliant.
