Composting

Each farmer in the farm is equipped with a compost heap, and each farm possesses an organic plant-based fertilizer factory. The company has also set up an organic fertilizer plant to satisfy the farm's needs.

To maximize the utilization of resources, the company has established an organic pig farm, using the scraps from the vegetable processing plant as feed, then using the pig manure as the raw material for the fertilizer factory, creating a chain. At the same time, the company has invited Japanese composting experts to help with technical support and develop experimental fertilizers.

Organic fertilizer plant

The company has an organic fertilizer plant covering an area of more than 1 acre. The plant possesses an organic fermentation lab, a mushroom cultivation room, and a soil analysis lab. The plant is capable of annual productions of 5000 tons of high quality organic fertilizer, 15000 bottles of microbiotic leaf fertilizer (200 ml/bottle), and 600 liters of straw composting inoculants for each of the company's organic farms. High quality organic fertilizers is made from waste products of the organic pig farm as the main material, mixed with organic vegetable processing plant's scraps, and fermented using microorganism . The fertilizers contains beneficial spore polysaccharides, capsular polysaccharides, and lipid, which improves the compost, accelerates plant growth, improves vegetable quality, and strengthens plant immunity.

Fungal cultivation room cultivates creates straw composting inoculants, microbiotic leaf fertilizer, and other products. The straw composting inoculants can accelerate the decomposition of plant fibers, lignin, breaking down macro molecules to smaller molecules usable by the crops. The fermentation process releases a large amount of heat, which can cause the composting body to read a temperature of 60-72F within 2-3 days, and maintain it for 10-15 days, which kills viruses, pathogenic funguses, and insect larvae.

The compost research lab in 2005 F-640 flame photometer, 722 spectrophotometer, high temperature Muffle Furnace, PH meter, which enables an end-to-end monitoring of each farm's compost, allowing fertilizing to be done on an "as-needed" basis.
